BIANCA KEGEL

With a career that began in 2001 in Boston, MA, Bianca Kegel is a highly qualified and experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in accounting and taxation.
She is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS with unlimited practice rights, similar to those of attorneys and CPAs. Over the past 12 years, Bianca has specialized in international taxation, gaining extensive experience in a wide range of tax scenarios, including corporate, individual, non-resident, dual-status, and expatriate tax returns.
Furthermore, she has delved into more complex areas such as pre-immigration and estate planning, withholding on the sale of foreign-owned properties (FIRPTA), corporate structuring and restructuring, among others. Bianca is also an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and currently resides in the state of Georgia, USA.
With her deep knowledge and extensive experience, Bianca Kegel and Ace Advisors are ready to provide customized and effective tax solutions to clients seeking to navigate the U.S. tax system with confidence and success.
JULIANA FURLAN ZENTI
Partner and Founder of Ace Advisors
A graduate of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a law degree, Juliana holds a postgraduate degree in Tax and Business Law from INPG and is a specialist in U.S. Federal Taxation from the University of Illinois. Further enhancing her qualifications, she completed the Advanced Federal Tax Course at the National Tax Training School, an advanced program focused on U.S. federal taxation.
With a professional career that began in 2007 in tax consultancy, Juliana has been exclusively dedicated to U.S. taxation since 2019, a field in which she has developed solid expertise. Her work is guided by a strategic and assertive approach, enabling her to provide tax guidance with high precision, security, and efficiency.
Juliana is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), one of the leading professional organizations in the U.S. tax field. Based in Florida, she remains committed to continually updating her knowledge and delivering excellent tax services.
